Refund & Return Policy

At THE CUSTOM CHARM, every product is specially customised and made according to customer requirements. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we follow no  return and refund policy to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

Orders for any product or customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. Customers are requested to carefully review all customisation details including names, colours, images, text, dimensions, and shipping information before confirming the order. 

Customers may ask for proper images, videos for better clarification.

In case a cancellation request is made before production begins, it may be considered at our discretion, no charges may be deducted from the refund amount. Mostly production starts after 24Hrs time. 

As most products are made-to-order, customised items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the customer receives a damaged product. If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 24Hrs time after delivery and provide clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once the issue is verified, THE CUSTOM CHARM may offer a replacement, repair, or suitable resolution depending on the situation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finishing, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the customised manufacturing process. Such minor differences shall not be considered defects or valid reasons for return or refund. Customers may ask for proper images, videos for better clarification.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, exposure to heat, water damage, or accidental breakage after delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

For bulk orders, corporate gifting, or specially approved projects, separate cancellation and return terms may apply depending on the nature of the order.

THE CUSTOM CHARM reserves the right to refuse returns, cancellations, or refunds that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
