While we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to courier services, location, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information including full name, address, contact number, and postal code. THE CUSTOM CHARM will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, customers may receive shipment tracking details, if available. Delivery timelines shown by courier companies are estimates and may occasionally be delayed.

For bulk orders, corporate gifting, or special customised projects, shipping timelines may differ based on order size and production requirements.

In case the package arrives damaged, customers should contact us within 24Hrs time after delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product for support and resolution.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation. Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply only to selected products, locations, or order values.
